A Seed of Hope
It's the beginning, a seed of hope planted in the minds of a group of young farmers in the Foothills of South Carolina.
A thought that perhaps people would enjoy a return to the good old days-- days when old fashioned country fairs were a great place to see your neighbors and meet new people.
Back in the day when you knew the neighbor who raised the vegetables you bought at the corner market. A day when you knew the neighbor who mowed the hay; the farmer whose Holsteins provided your family's milk.
The Carolina Foothills Heritage Fair is that seed, and it is that fair.
