Why become a Sponsor of the Carolina Foothills Heritage
Fair?
Your Sponsorship of the Carolina
Foothills Heritage Fair will benefit your company in the following ways:
- Visibility of your company’s name and/or logo on
the Carolina Foothills Heritage Fair’s Program and on our “sponsors” page on
our website (www.carolinafoothillsheritagefair.org)
and Facebook page.
- Involvement in a wholesome, community event.
- Reach a desirable market.
- Expand customer awareness of your company and
enhance its name recognition.
- The “feel good” factor—it’s a GREAT thing to do!
Sponsorship Levels
Grand Champion -
$5,000
- Your name and/or company logo will be
prominently displayed on all advertising for the Fair. This includes print, radio, TV and website
advertising. Our estimated audience for TV is 300,000
viewers and print is over 10,000 homes. We
have a website (CarolinaFoothillsHeritageFair.org) and a Facebook page. It will state: Carolina
Foothills Heritage Fair presented by YOUR COMPANY.
- You will get up to 2500 square feet in a prime
location at the Fair for your company’s exhibit or to showcase your product.
- Your name or logo will be printed on the Fair
t-shirts to be sold at the Fair.
- Your name and logo will appear on the “Sponsors”
page of the Fair Program.
Champion – $2,500
- Your name and/or company logo will be
prominently displayed on all advertising for the Fair. This includes print, radio, TV and website

- You will get up to 1250 square feet to showcase your
company’s product or for an exhibit.

Reserve Champion -
$1.000
- Your name and/or company logo will be displayed
on all web advertising for the Fair. We
have a website (CarolinaFoothillsHeritageFair.org) and a Facebook page.
- You will get 500 square feet to showcase your
company’s product or for an exhibit.
- Your name or logo will be printed on the Fair
t-shirts to be sold at the Fair.
- Your name and logo will appear on the “Sponsors”
page of the Fair Program.
Blue Ribbon - $500
- Your name and/or company logo will be displayed
on website advertising for the Fair. We
have a website (CarolinaFoothillsHeritageFair.org) and a Facebook page.
- Your name or logo will be printed on the Fair
t-shirts to be sold at the Fair.
- Your name and logo will appear on the “Sponsors”
page of the Fair Program.
Red Ribbon - $250
- Your name and logo will appear on the “Sponsors”
page of the Fair Program.
Friends of the Fair -
$100
- Your name and logo will appear on the “Sponsors”
page of the Fair Program.
SPECIFIC NEED SPONSORSHIPS
Pony Rides - $1,500
What is a fair without pony rides? We will be providing Pony Rides for children,
free of charge, who attend the Fair.
Your name will appear at the entrance to the Pony Rides.
Petting Zoo- $1,500
This will be a free event for all children attending the
Fair. Your name will appear at the
entrance of the Petting Zoo.
Rest Area Sponsors -
$2,000
Each rest area will have a bench provided for Fair goers to
sit and relax. Your name will appear on
the benches.
Volunteer Services -
$1,000
Our Volunteers will wear Fair-provided t-shirts with your
company logo printed on the back. A
great way to show your support.
SAWA (South Atlantic Woodsmen Association) - $2,500
These terrific men were at the Fair last year and put on
quite a show. They have agreed to come
again this year and we will be honored to have them. What a great sponsorship for you or your
Company.
Sponsor a “Night” at
the Fair - $2,500
Tuesday night (opening night) - $1 entry for all
Wednesday night – Praise and Worship
Thursday – FFA Night
(show membership card and get in for $1)
Friday - $1 entry with ticket from local football game
Your company will be advertised as sponsoring the night at
the Fair!! What great recognition!
